There are numbers of social security schemes of Govt. of India for the poor people like Annapurna Yojona, Old Age Pension, Widow Pension, Janani Surksha Yojona etc. Right Track disseminates information among the partner communities about benefits provided by the Government through these schemes and how they can access such facilities within the existing set up. Sensitization process is being carried out to make people aware about their importance as a citizen of this country and the citizenship documents like certificate, voter card, ration card etc they need to keep with them as proof during the course of whole life.
